Please read the Tenancy Agreement & Bond form thoroughly. They will be linked in an email shortly following this one.

If there are multiple people to sign this agreement, it will send it to the first applicant to sign, then it will forward it to the next applicant and so on.

You’ll then receive an email with the final copy signed by all parties.

First Weeks Rent

To secure the property, we require the first weeks rent to be paid as soon as possible. Until this is received, we are obliged to the owner to continue showing prospective tenants through the property and accept applications. Please pay the remaining funds (Bond) before the start of your tenancy. We will require all money to be paid before we can release keys. Please note we do not accept bond transfers. If you prefer you can pay the full amount at once.

Account details for payment are noted on Page 1 of the Tenancy Agreement.
