RATES OF REMUNERATION

It is agreed the agent shall be paid in consideration for managing the property(s). Standard rates below (if applicable):

8.5% + GST on all rents collected

7% + GST of the cost of arranging and/or supervising, repairs, maintenance or renovations

$350 + GST advertising fee each time the property is listed

$75 + GST inspection fee (a detail property condition report and exit inspections is included as part of the rent collected fee)

Credit check fee per tenant - included as part of the rent collected fee

GST EoYF Statement fee - included as part of the rent collected fee

$200 + GST Inventory list fee (for semi/fully furnished properties)

Tenancy Establishment Fee - equivalent of one weeks rent plus GST once tenants are secured
