Laundry is communal There are 2 washers and driers which are $2 per cycle. Room rate + $50 expenses per person, per week. Expenses cover unlimited Wi-Fi, power and cleaning of the communal areas + rubbish removal. We take a 3 x week bond, and a week in advance (including expenses) as move in costs.
