There are 5 rooms in this property so never more than 5 tenants at one time. Currently there is 1 female & 4 males residing in the property.

Inspections are completed 3 monthly, you are required to keep your room clean and tidy and clean as you go in the shared areas. A cleaner also cleans the shared areas on a fortnightly basis and the lawns and gardens are taken care of by a contractor fortnightly.
