This will be a fixed tenancy of 12 months (our minimum term) which may be extended beyond this time frame if you choose to.

There is no smoking, vaping or drugs allowed on the property – no exceptions. The property may be tested for meth contamination and may be tested at the conclusion of your tenancy. No heated fish or turtle tanks are permitted inside the house. Freestanding gas cook tops and barbeques are not permitted for use inside the house. A full set of terms and conditions will be supplied with the tenancy agreement.

To confirm your acceptance please make a deposit being the the first two weeks rent within the next 24hrs. Rent may be paid weekly after the initial payment.

A four week bond is payable at least three days prior to the commencement of the tenancy & before we can hand over keys. The bond will be deposited with Tenancy Services, as required by law.

We will be in touch to organise signing the tenancy agreement, handing over keys & completing the entry inspection.
