Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, and while well appointed with microwave, jug, etc, tenants are also welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and lounge area.

Rooms are furnished with: Double bed Bedside furniture Small fridge Microwave Electric jug, Heater, Smart TV, Plates, cutlery, etc.

The shared kitchen / living area includes: Fully equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave.

Furnished lounge and dining room, Washer and dryer, Power and unlimited internet are included in the rent.

There are 5 rooms in this property so never more than 5 tenants at one time. Currently there are 3 males and 2 females residing in the property.

Inspections are completed 3 monthly, you are required to keep your room clean and tidy and clean as you go in the shared areas. A cleaner also cleans the shared areas on a fortnightly basis and the lawns and gardens are taken care of by a contractor fortnightly.
