These self-contained, fully furnished, open-plan apartments are perfectly designed for professionals and mature students. The apartments are heat & soundproof insulation, double-glazed windows and doors, and uninterrupted views of the city.

There is a power limit of $100 per month supplied per apartment averaged out over the course of the year. The idea is that you use less than $100 in the summer months allowing a credit to roll over so you can use more in the winter months. Unlimited internet is included in the rent rate.

Uncovered: Covered car parking available for an additional $25 per week.
