Please read the Tenancy Agreement & Bond form thoroughly. They will be linked in an email shortly following this one.

Braziers would appreciate you complete the signing process as a priority so we can advise any other applicants that the property is no longer available.

Once all documents are signed by every party and the rental deposit and the full bond is paid the property will be all yours!

Please note the rental deposit is to be paid the day you sign the Tenancy Agreement or we will be unable to proceed, with the bond payment to be received by Braziers prior to keys for the property being released.

If there are multiple people to sign this agreement, it will send it to the first applicant to sign, then it will forward it to the next applicant and so on.

You’ll then receive an email with the final copy signed by all parties.
