The agreement and any other required documents will be linked in an email shortly following this one. Once all documents are signed by every party and the bond and rent are paid the property will be all yours, to move into on your tenancy start date.

If there are multiple people to sign this agreement, it will be sent to the first applicant to sign, then it will forward it to the next applicant, and so on. Once all applicants have signed the agreement will be returned to me.

You’ll then receive an email with the final copy signed by all parties.
