The shared kitchen / living area includes: Fully equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave.

Furnished lounge and dining room, Washer and dryer, Power and unlimited internet are included in the rent.

There are 5 rooms in this property so never more than 5 tenants at one time. Currently there are 4 males and 1 female residing in the property.

Inspections are completed 3 monthly, you are required to keep your room clean and tidy and clean as you go in the shared areas. A cleaner also cleans the shared areas on a fortnightly basis and the lawns and gardens are taken care of by a contractor fortnightly.
