The communal areas of the property are furnished and include a common lounge space with couches, TV and heat pump. The kitchen is stocked with a basic set of kitchenware plus a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Bathroom and laundry facilities are located upstairs with the five bedrooms. Kitchen, dining and lounge are located downstairs.

Included in the weekly rent is all electricity, wifi, weekly cleaner for communal areas and weekly rubbish bin collection.

Enjoy central living with the center of town only a few minutes away by foot. Also nearby is the University and Medical School.
