The upstairs bedroom is spacious and furnished with a queen mattress and base, bedside tables, a wall heater, and handy shelving for extra storage.

Located conveniently close to fantastic shopping, the CBD, bus routes, and within easy walking distance of some of Christchurch’s best bars and cafes, you’ll have everything at your doorstep!

For just $40 per week per person, your expenses are covered, including a communal area cleaner, power, and unlimited fibre internet—all the essentials for a hassle-free living experience.

Our house is fully equipped for entertaining and relaxation, featuring a large flat-screen TV, heat pumps throughout, a massive lounge suite, washing machines, a dryer, and two huge decks with brand-new outdoor furniture—perfect for enjoying sunny weekends or hosting a BBQ.

You’ll be living with a fun and friendly mix of flatmates from around the world, including NZ, Ireland, Japan, Slovenia, and France. We’re a sociable bunch who love a good time, but we keep things sensible during the week to balance fun with work.
