The house itself is a stunning, fully renovated villa with loads of character. Positioned perfectly for all-day sun, it boasts beautifully manicured gardens that are maintained by our gardener—so you can enjoy the outdoors without lifting a finger!

Located close to fantastic shopping, the CBD, and bus routes, you’ll be within walking distance of some of Christchurch’s best bars and cafes. Whether you’re looking to explore the city or relax at home, this location has it all.

For $40 per week per person, you’ll get everything: Sky TV, power, unlimited fibre internet, and a cleaner for communal areas. The house is fully equipped for entertainment with a large flat-screen TV, heat pumps throughout, a massive lounge suite, washing machines, a dryer, and two huge decks with brand-new outdoor furniture—perfect for BBQs and gatherings.

You’ll be joining a fun and sociable group of flatmates from around the globe, including NZ, UK, Ireland, Japan, Slovenia, France, and America. We love socializing and having fun, whether it’s a weekend BBQ or a casual drink, but we keep things sensible during the week.

We’re looking for mature flatmates aged 20-32 years old who enjoy a good mix of social time and peaceful living.
