Your start date and term are outlined in the Tenancy Term section of the agreement. Please ensure you use the Reference number for all payments. This is included with the bank account details on your Tenancy Agreement and in this email.

You will need to pay a deposit of the first week's rent and bond to secure the property. These details are broken down below.

To secure the property, and for us to advise other applicants it is no longer available and withdraw the advertising, the deposit needs to be made within 2 working days. If payment is not made in that timeframe and there is no ongoing discussion about the agreement, then the offer to rent will be withdrawn and we will move on to the next preferred applicant.

Once the deposit is paid and the Tenancy Agreement is signed and returned you will need to ensure that your next rent payment is made one week after your move-in date. We recommend that you set up an automatic payment to ensure payments do not get forgotten.

You will receive the initial inspection report along with any relevant tenancy documents prior to the commencement of your tenancy. Please be sure to check this and get in touch with any queries or inaccuracies within a week of your start date.

We will contact you closer to the time to advise when keys will be available for collection from our offices.

If you will be paying for water usage, then Crockers will send you an invoice to be paid to the same account and reference as your rent payments. As the original will have already been paid, please ensure you make the reimbursement to Crockers and do not pay directly to Watercare.
